It's not a software issue as Ricer says. However sometimes when you unplug the headphones 
on stereos or computers the little mechanism sticks. The mechanism  tells the system 
headphones are plugged in and plays through them. When you unplug them it stays depressed 
causing this issue. Try removing headphones in a "quick jerk" 2 or 3 times.. Might 
work. If not I don't know.
