Thanks for the reply! I probably didn't make the problem clear enough. The boot.ini 
doesn't have the Vista option; that was previously removed along with Vista itself. 
Neither of the boot option screens contain the Vista reference; they both give me 
the choice of booting to either XP or the Recovery Console. I'm trying to figure 
out how to get rid of one of the option screens since they both do the same thing, 
but appear to come from different sources.
