Well what I am saying is, that there is a strong possibility that the only update 
you will see is SP3.. Until you download and install that update.. Kind of like how 
you had to build on SP2.  You would have to install SP2 because it wouldn't show 
any other updates until you did.

Any pre-reqs need to be installed first before seeing additional updates.
