Task manager, deny launching

I am using Windows XP home edition. How do I deny launching of "Task manager"? Where
in the registry can I set this? It's because Windows XP home edition does not have
"gpedit.msc"; this is only available in Windows XP professional. When I copy the
file "gpedit.msc" from Windows XP professional and launch it in Windows XP home edition,
"Group policy" launches and an error message appears, saying that snap-in creation
has failed.

To deny launching of "Task manager" in Windows XP professional...
Start > Run > gpedit.msc > Local computer policy > User configuration > Administrative
templates > System > Ctrl+Alt+Del options : Remove task manager : Enabled
