There are like three versions of .NET framework now.. Each program that uses it will require the compatible version. So, you probably need both versions if other software has installed it. I'm not sure why you would have duplicates installed.. Most likely you are seeing different versions or updates installed. A common one that I see all the time is Java. I will see a half dozen different versions of Java installed, but technically only the latest one is needed. For the sake of not breaking anything, I would probably leave it alone. None of those that you mentioned are going to hurt anything, and removing them will not cause your computer to run any faster, and it will probably not free up any significant hard drive space. So, I don't know if there is anything to gain here.
