Hi Ken, I hope everybody reads this because all those addresses and extra pages to
click through are truly annoying.
To start, open all the pages until you finally reach the page that you intend to
forward. Then click "forward". After you get the new screen, highlight all the addresses
and other clutter that you don't want to send. Then click the "delete" button on
the keyboard.
Now when you click the "send" button, the recipient will only receive the one screen
you wanted to send.
While you're at it, make sure you put your own address in the "to" line and put all
the other addresses in the "BCC" (blind carbon copy) line. That way, you will not
be posting everybody else's email address out there for all to see.
