That is the System Restore partition and is where many viruses and other types of
malware like to hide.
You need to delete all existing System Restore points, then create a new one. That
will eliminate anything else that may be lurking in them. Then you need to post on
a malware removal forum and have them check you out to make sure you don't have some
kind of malware.
For System Restore, click on Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools andf finally
System Restore.
Click on the "System Restore Settings" on the left.
Check "Turn off System Restore on all drives" and click Apply. That will delete all
existing restore points.
Once that completes, uncheck "Turn off System Restore on all drives" and click Apply.
That will create a new restore point.
Next, post on one of the following malware forums:

Spyware
