But sorry didn't reply anything here. Cause no one ans me. Also even though i don't Close the Error Box, I can't access my Local C or create a folder/shortcuts. This is what i did.. I opened up Window Task Manager, and end task explorer.exe while using the Window Task Manager "Run" program, to run my programs. I searched through yahoo, and found a file name Free Comander, this program shows all my desktop folder/files and allowing me to access them. This also allowed me to access C Drive and other stuft... After a long time, getting tired of using Free Comander, I downloaded a Graphics Card Acclerator.
