Hi Chad. Open Device Manager and expand the Network Adapter section, 
see if there are any yellow or red marks. 

If not, open a Command Prompt and enter

ipconfig /all

Post results here please (X out real IP address if it shows).

What kind of internet service do you have, Cable or DSL? 
Have you tried a different Ethernet cable? 
Do  you have any other computers? If so, are you using a Router?
