Hi, Rich. I opened the device manager and found no yellow or red marks next to the ethernet card. I tried to run ipconfig /all but nothing happened. It looked like it went to a DOS prompt for a split second and then just went back to the normal desktop screen. I have DSL and I have this computer plugged into my router. I've plugged computers in the past into the same router with the same cable and they're all worked. I appreciate you taking the time to help me out. Thanks, Chad.
