Next time, check the "Check this box to preserve your spacing," below the message
input area to preserve fomatting.
That's not a good response from ipconfig. Was this a business computer? Looks
like it has some kind of VPN Tunneling installed, which is most likely causing your
problem.
What shows as being installed in Local Area Connection Properties? There are only
4 that are needed. This is what mine looks like:
QOS Packet Scheduling is actually not needed but is installed by default so I
leave it.
You can try deleting everything except the above and see what happens.
