Hi Bob...I couldn't quickly locate the link, but XP SP3 on CD can be ordered via phone from Microsoft Supplemental Parts and Services at 800.360.7561. Cost is US$3.99 + applicable sales tax + 5.99 shipping. For others reading this thread it is HIGHLY advisable to read the SP3 Release Notes, especially the section "steps before you install SP3" here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/936929/
