With Fans, Silence is good to us, Only,,,,So No Performance there..
Heat, Is bad for your Computer. So if your new fans keeps your PC Cooler, yes in
ways it Could help.
All 4 connected fans on mine (3case+1CPI,+1dissconnected) have Speed Control and
can sound Very Quiet, or ...well, lets just say I can hear it.
I have mine turned down as i often check the Temps and it runs pretty ok on low speeds.
Only has got hot when i was buring Picture DVD on Nero Vission.
But not an Issue for this forum.
