After running this program from Dougknox.com BOTH my D: (CD) and E:\ (DVD) DISAPPEARED from Windows Explorer. Also, when I went to the Device Manager, I noticed that these drivers AND A FEW OTHERS are marked with a yellow-shaded question mark. I deleted the drivers and restarted windows, hoping it would restore them back but it did not happen. What should I do now ? Can anyone advise ? Thx.
