I am suddenly having the same problem. It occurs primarily with Dreamweaver, Paint
Shop Pro, Express Thumbnail Creator so far but there are some inconsistencies. If
I track down the issue I'll post a response but in the meantime if any has had success
I'd appreciate the help.
