Trying to use a Lexar Impact 2.0G usb drive on my HP running Win XP

Trying to use a Lexar Impact 2.0G usb drive on my HP running Win XP. When I try to
use Windows Explorer to save files to the usb drive, I don't see any listing for
the drive. However, when I look for the drive in the device manager screen, it does
show up there but the properties tab of this screen says that the driver is not installed
for it. I was not able to find a driver for this drive on the lexar website. Please
help
