Sounds like you have a program in your LSP chain that is screwed up. This would
most likely be malware, but could also be a third party firewall. If you do not
have any third party firewalls installed, you should suspect malware.
A program called LSPFix could remove the bad entry in your LSP chain and fix the
problem. However, you will have to be able to identify the bad entry by the error
message you are receiving.
