I have an old computer given to me for the kids. I recently put a copy of xp pro on it, before that I had 2000 on it. In both cases I had no sound on it. The mother board has the sound card built in to it. Since the xp pro was put on I managed to locate and install multimedia audio controller driver and now when I check in system devices it is there and working properly. My PCI simple communication controller driver is still not working correctly. I tried unistalling and restarting, it found new hardware but still could not load it. Where can I get the driver for this? Thanks for all the help.
