I think the full name is NetscapeDispatchWindow.
You may well have a process both running and hidden (not unusual): the best way to
track these down is to run HiJackThis - I would post your question at SpywareBeware
where you can get the latest HJT download, and also expert help in analysing the
report.
At a simpler level, WinPatrol (free download) might reveal more about your
start-up and running processes.
Could this be a Service rather than a process ? Take a look in your
Services list to see if there's something waiting to be disabled.
Also some mail programs use parts of the Netscape code eg Seamonkey. I wonder if
you ever had anything like this ? "Despatch" is a function delivered by the MAPI
Spooler, so all this suggests something mail-related to me. Does that give you any
clues ?
Lastly, is there anything showing in your Event Viewer ?
