Ok this is a minor annoyance, but very annoying nonetheless! I changed msconfig to
start in safemode, but now I have changed it back to a normal boot, but everytime
I boot I now get the message "You are using diagnostic/selective startup". I tick
the "Do not notify" box but I still get the message on next boot. Any ideas how to
disable this message?
