IE 6 SP2

I have Windows XP Home Edition, SP 2, and IE6, SP2. When I have Local Disk (C:) open, I have on it, among other things, the following. The Sqmdata is from 00 to 11 Then Sqmnoop from 00 to 11 When I right-click on any of them, and choose Open, I get a message that Windows cannot open the file. I don’t know what they are. Earlier this year they were there, and I deleted them, put them in the trash but did not empty the trash., and when I rebooted all I would get is a black screen. Couldn’t get to Safe Mode. Finally had to do a whole new installation. So do not want to delete them again as very hesitant. Would anyone know what they are? Thank you. Anna Ruth
