I have been using kensington mice and LOVE the Mouseworks software that they offer...
I remap my 5 button mouse so that (depending on application but autocad in this case)
if i click both right and left buttons simultaneously it emulates the keyboard typing
of "c+o+p+y+enter" so i get a quick access to the copy command...

The other two buttons (regular back and foreword or 4 and 5 buttons) i like to be
"ESC" key emulation and "m+2+p+enter" witch goes into the mid of two points in autocad...

That being said it is time to find a new 5 button wireless mouse as my old one is
ready to bite the dust...

I have been looking around at other mice as kensington does not make a 5 button wireless
mouse that i am happy with right now...

All of the other mice manufactures i have tried fall short of my needs when it comes
to controller software...

I need either a manufactures software that meets my needs or a third party software
that can handle both application specific programing as well as intelligent keyboard
emulation and multi button support (pressing two buttons at once to get one command)...

Mac os x has 3 good choices of third party software but all the software made for
xp seems to be lacking...

Suggestions... ??
