Could be LOTS of different things, but based on your note that it happens most when
you're moving large amounts of data around, I would go into Control Panel/System/Hardware/Device
Manager, and look at the Properties on each of your IDE Channels, and look in the
Advanced Settings to make sure none of them are set to PIO...should be some form
of DMA instead.
