Oh No! Lock Computer...HELP!

Hi, I dont know what to do. My computer froze, so I hit Ctrl+Alt+del...I ment to
hit the "Shut down" button but i hit the LOCK COMPUTER. ..How do I unlock this computer?
I am the administrator and the only one on my computer. Thank you for any answers....
