According to my research, the ICW may be disabled for the current user only with a quick regedit. Navigate to HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel. Add a new DWORD value here called Connwiz Admin Lock and set it to a value of 1. The change should take place immediately without having to reboot and will apply to all new IE browser windows opened. Hope this helps. Cheers. Spexx.
