Spybot may have gotten some of it, but there's probably more. Those disabled entries can be fixed using Hijack This. Run the SmitFraudFix on this page first. How to Remove Zlob trojan.... If problems persist, register and post on their (GeeksToGo) malware forum for help. Be sure to clear out all temp folders for all users. CCleaner is good for the job.
