Good luck. Make sure the first thing you try is logging in to the Default Admin account with a Blank Password. If that works you can get to User Accounts to make Changes. I agree that reinstalling Windows is also a good Idea on a Used Computer. You just don't know what unknown Keyloggers, Viruses, Trojans, Worms, or Rootkits are on the Computer.
