Switching automatically the active window

Operating System: XP/2003/Vista

I would like to know if somebody knows a software/application that do the requirements 
below:

* Example the current applications that runs are MS Word and Acrobat Reader
* The active window is currently Acrobat Reader
* Example every specified time (i.e. 5 minutes), the active window will automatically 
be switching between acrobat reader and ms word.
