I'm even ahead of you with the bootable floppies, I downloaded them 12 months ago and that didn't work either. I've even been on the M$ site and tried to log a problem/complaint but that doesn't work either. Contact Us. If you have a problem with XP they are asking for a reference number not the CD-Key. Well I can't get it to install so I will never see this reference number.
