Hi. You have posted to a very old thread here which has a lot of information and
tips on how to troubleshoot the problem. What worries me is that you say you know
nothing about computers, so I would think that none of these tips make much sense
to you! In layman's terms then, I would advise getting someone with more knowledge
to have a look at your problem and direct them to this thread for clues. What is
happening on your PC is that the in-built diagnostic (Dr Watson, or DWWIN.EXE) is
finding a problem, but it will need some technical know-how to get to the bottom
