Geez! My problem is worse! I guess i'm like the ones who had this problem, where
deleting the video thumbnail extraction key wouldn't help. I had about 15 pink areas
in ShellEx. I deleted just about all of them. I even tried the regedit fix. I
went to CLASSES ROOT/*/SystemFileAssociations/.avi/ShellEx/PropertyHandler and tried
to delete the default key, like everyone else successfully did. However, i was given
an error saying this: "Unable to delete all specified values".
I am wondering what to try next.
