Hi Elvira. You have posted to a very old thread here and it would be better to start a new thread for your unique problem. My first impression is that your problem may not be related to the installation of the modem at all - just a coincidence, but may be due to a failure of the hard disk or some other hardware problem. If anything has been disturbed inside your PC, make sure that all cables etc are properly seated and then try rebooting again. Cheers. Spexx.
