I think there is an option so that when the configuration utility prompts you after
reboot, further messages telling you the same thing over and over again can be stopped.
Without reproducing it myself now, I can't be certain exactly what it is (a checkbox?)
but I have seen it dozens of times and never had it stick in a loop I couldn't get
out of, so it must be easy. You also have two other ways of disabling the Narrator
startup in the registry which I know that you know about - Regedit directly (delete
the value in the Run key) or Autoruns, Logon tab, avoiding msconfig completely. Cheers.
