1. A floppy is a floppy. Period. There is no crossover (at least, none widely
known) from floppies to flash devices.
2. You would need a relatively expansive flash device for an abbreviated Win2K or
XP install.
3. There is a six-floppy set that is available for use for both OSes. Maybe there
is a way to put the contents of those onto a flash device, *IF* the BIOS supports
its use that way.
