DOS Batch file to make a CD or DVD play ?

Often I run a CD or DVD to get some info, kill it, then may need to have
it run again.

Usually, I will just cycle the button to get it to run again.

If I wanted to write a DOS Batch file to make the CD/DVD start playing,
can anyone give me the DOS command(s) that would do that?

Then I could set up a Shortcut Key and start the CD/DVD quickly with a
few keystrokes!
