The printer may be set to use the wrong printer language e.g. printer set to use PJL but the PC is sending PostScript. Check both the printer hardware setup and the printer queue setup on the PC for a mismatch. Meantime, switch the printer off, delete all jobs on the printer queue and reboot the PC to stop it sending anything more to the printer. Cheers. Spexx.
