sc config intelppm start= enabled does not work on this system which is WinXP Home.

Enabled is not a valid start= field.  start= auto works but that sets the bit to 
2.

No real problem as I'll just use Regedit.

Computer has been booting for the last two days.  Now I'll have to determine if changing 
my BIOS Power Management settings has had any effect.

Forgot to mention that my crashes "seem" more likely to occur after a Windows Defragmenter 
operation or after an AVG Free Virus update and reboot.

I hope that is just a coincidence as otherwise there may be other problems.
