It's probably a different 'version' of the phishing scam. That dates back a year ago.

Just keep your guard up, and DON'T use IE, is the main thing. Security experts have recommended that for several yrs. Use Opera or Firefox, is what they advise.

Remember.... if you don't use IE , you won't get hit with any ActiveX controls.

Not possible, since it's the only browser that supports ActiveX natively.
