Look at the dates on this thread!!! This has been going on for 6 freekin years.

BTW - Yes I get the message on my laptop everytime I shut it down.
FWIW - It looks like DrWatson is trying to report an error, but get's stuck in the
background and never completes the process. Then when you shutdown Windows, you
get the error that it's trying to load (DrWatson dll) but can't and now the OS is
shutting down.
