solved problem!! Sunday, August 24, 2008 at 11:29 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by matt (1 messages posted) if you have tried everything here and still have the problem... right-click on the task bar and click on the "lock the taskbar" option for some reason this refreshes the desktop and the dropshadows appear! After you can right-click on the taskbar again and change the lock back. the dropshadows will remain though! YAAA!
