I've read this entire thread and did not find my problem.
My WMP keeps jumping while downloading video and audio from the web. Sort of like
buffering but I have a cable modem, 1gb ram, and the XP desktop has 60gb free on
the drive. it stutters so fast I cannot even close out the program before it starts
again.
