Question about 'Clear Unwanted Entries from the Start Menu's Run Command'

I have a question about clearing unwanted entries from the Start Menu's run command. I followed the instructions in Article 05-011, but after running the Registry Editor, and following the path which eventually took me to \RunMRU\, there was nothing to delete, other than the Default (whcih is not to be deleted). In other words, there were no values in the right pane to delete. Yet, I still have the unwanted entries. Any thoughts are appreciated.
