And go to the Microsoft site. This is an old problem and if you have it in a newer version on windows it may not be the very same problem. D you have the latest version of the Windows installer? Notice exactly which programs do this. It can be Word, Outlook or Access. Notice too that editing the registry is not the only way and is potentially harmful. It is safer to re-install and re-install the whole MS office.
