Then get error message: user log in name not recognized. Restart computer and open user accounts. This is a Dell desktop that was given to us as is. I don't have the original admin account or password. I wanted to add my kids to the computer but when I tried the above is what I keep getting. I can't do anything in the user accounts field, the same message pops up after ever thing I click. I open for any thing at this point.
