It is definitely a legal version and am a little upset at the insinuation that it
is not. The computer was purchased by my brother with Windows XP installed. He then
moved overseas and gave it to me to use whilst away. He cannot access his stuff while
overseas so I can not get a copy of the CD he was given when he purchased the machine.
