It is, but it also provides the information as to where to find everything that loads 
at start-up. It also allows you to test what happens if you remove items from start-up 
without actually deleting them. Why add a third party tool when you already have 
tools that will do the job. CCleaner however does far more than that, and can be 
overly aggressive in the hands of a novice. I would hesitate to recommend something 
like that when the person inquiring clearly has so little knowledge about XP.
