I agree with Ricer46

Start
Run
Type in msconfig
Click on Startup tab
Uncheck what you don't want, but don't uncheck your anti-virus, anti-spyware etc
Click Apply
Click Close
Click restart 
When your PC restarts, put a checkmark in "Do not show this at Startup" (or something 
like that) and close the msconfig dialog box.
