If you are using Outlook Express that comes with XP, you will need to locate the 
".dbx" files that comprise your various OE folders and import them, for instance, 
on my login, mine are kept in :C:\Documents and Settings\Mark L\Local Settings\Application 
Data\Identities\{0561C0B3-1B8F-46E2-8921-4ECFFB951DD3}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
