That was a possibility which I hoped was not the case. Are there any "free" programs downloadable from the internet that can target this particular virus? If not a free program, which would be the best to get rid of it. Norton or McAfee or any other? By the way, trying to get to my aol.com I get a message that maintenance is being done but I know that is not true since I can access my mail ising another computer. Cannot get to MSNBC for current events either. Thanks for any followup.
