Default mail client Monday, January 5, 2009 at 11:49 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Gary (27 messages posted) When I click on an email link in a web page I get a pop up stating "could not perform this operation because the default email client is not set up properly". One it is not listed in the Internet Properties under Internet programs..Two.
